# Thanh toán

Yêu cầu thanh toán được tiếp nhận hàng ngày trong giai đoạn  thanh toán nhưng không vượt quá thời hạn thanh toán cuối cùng theo quy định.

### <mark style="color:green;">Truy cập màn hình thanh toán</mark>

Truy cập màn hình <mark style="color:orange;">**Tra cứu >**</mark>  Lọc hồ sơ có trạng thái Chờ thanh toán > Nhấn <mark style="color:orange;">**Thanh toán**</mark> tại hồ sơ cần thanh toán

Kiểm tra thông tin và nhấn <mark style="color:orange;">**Thanh toán**</mark>

*Trường hợp thiếu số dư, Khách hàng có thể nạp tiền bằng cách nhấn vào button "Nạp tiền" trên màn hình*

*Lưu ý: Trường hợp tiền đã giảm trên tài khoản quý khách nhưng kết quả thanh toán ghi nhận là thất bại, quý khách vui lòng không tiếp tục thanh toán và liên hệ DVKH VPBankS để được hỗ trợ kiểm tra thông tin.*
