# Cảnh báo trước giao dịch đối với Cổ đông nội bộ
Đối với khách hàng là người nội bộ và/hoặc người có liên quan của người nội bộ. Theo quy định tại Công văn số 5876/UBCK-VP, Quý khách sẽ phải công bố thông tin tối thiểu 03 ngày làm việc trước ngày thực hiện giao dịch. Với các trường hợp vi phạm, VPBankS sẽ thực hiện chặn giao dịch và hiển thị thông báo như sau:
