# Theo dõi khuyến nghị đã gửi

<mark style="color:green;">**Bước 1:**</mark> Chọn tab **Tra cứu** từ menu. Chọn **Khuyến nghị đã gửi** từ mục **Giao dịch khách hàng**

<mark style="color:green;">**Bước 2:**</mark> Tại **Khuyến nghị đã gửi**, có thể xem danh sách các khuyến nghị đã gửi tới KH.

Nhấn vào một khuyến nghị để xem chi tiết cùng trạng thái của khuyến nghị.

Nhấn **Xem danh sách đã gửi KN** để xem danh sách nhóm và KH đã nhận được khuyến nghị cũng trạng thái của lệnh đã được đặt theo khuyến nghị nếu có.

Nhấn **Hủy khuyến nghị** và nhập lý do hủy để gửi thông báo hủy tới khách hàng.

<mark style="color:green;">**Bước 3:**</mark> Tại màn **Tài khoản nhận khuyến nghị**, có thể theo dõi các lệnh đã được đặt từ khuyến nghị và trạng thái của các lệnh đó.

<mark style="color:green;">**Bước 4:**</mark> Tại **Bộ lọc**

Chọn **Áp dụng** để xem các lệnh theo tiêu chí đã chọn

Chọn **Đặt lại** để thiết lập lại các tiêu chí lọc
