# Chấp thuận xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân online theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP

Tuân thủ **Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP v/v bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân**, từ ngày 1.1.2025, VPBankS hỗ trợ Quý khách hàng là nhà đầu tư cá nhân (chưa thực hiện chấp thuận xử lý dữ liệu với VPBankS) có thể trực tiếp chấp thuận xử lý dữ liệu online trên ứng dụng và web giao dịch NEO Invest theo hướng dẫn chi tiết dưới đây:

## Cách 1: Chấp thuận xử lý dữ liệu online trên ứng dụng NEO Invest

<mark style="color:green;">**Bước 1:**</mark> Đăng nhập ứng dụng VPBankS -> Được tự động hiển thị popup chấp thuận xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP
