# Theo dõi tình trạng xác nhận lệnh cổ phiếu

<mark style="color:green;">**Bước 1:**</mark> Chọn tab **Tra cứu** từ menu. Chọn **Lệnh chờ xác nhận** từ mục **Giao dịch khách hàng**

<mark style="color:green;">**Bước 2:**</mark> Danh sách hiển thị các lệnh đặt cổ phiếu chưa được khách hàng xác nhận. Nhân viên môi giới cần liên hệ khách hàng để thực hiện xác nhận các lệnh này trên App/Web NEO Invest
